Eliminates the risk of cross contamination through touching particularly if people have cuts / abrasions on their hands, by using a foot operated peddle, unlike hand held bottles and other dispensers on the market. It is also equipped for disabled people who are unable to operate the peddle.
The robust portable SS1 unit can be used indoors or outdoors and with a capacity of 5 litres of sanitiser, for longer lasting usage with approximately 3200 dispenses. The unit has been designed to have a clean look but to also be prominent in its surroundings, providing a visual reminder to sanitise your hands. Rather than others on the market that just blend into the background. The unit can be bolted to the floor or used as a moveable sanitiser station with pads on the bottom to avoid scratching indoor surfaces.
Disability friendly
Through our testing and design we identified that someone who is unable to use the foot operation could fall foul of not sanitising their hands and putting them and others at risk. With this in mind we have added a small hand operation lever but also added warning stickers not to use unless they have to, thus still avoiding cross contamination as much as possible. We have positioned the lever height at 800cm from the base for easy operation.
